The machine

Play the Multiball Ninja table

A six-ball multiball in a one-minute game.

No time for 15 minutes at a machine? Grab a one-minute mini Pin Zen moment. Five ninja bumpers from the logo. Knock down the 忍 and 者 drop targets, shoot the ensō, and yell it.

The Multiball Ninja pinball table: five ninja pop bumpers in red ensō rings, 忍 and 者 drop targets, Z-E-N lanes, the ensō saucer and two flippers.

Keys: Z and M (or ← →) flip, hold Space to launch, X and N nudge left and right, P pauses. On a phone, swipe sideways to nudge. On a phone, tap the left or right half of the table. Sound stays off until you turn it on.

Under everything

Pin Zen: 15 minutes of pinball as a reset for a busy mind.

  1. Step out.

Leave the current state of mind and walk to the machine.

  2. Zone in.

For about 15 minutes the game gets full attention. The strategy and split-second decisions are still there, but they are pointed at the ball instead of at real-world problems.

  3. Come back.

Return to your work refreshed, seeing things differently, inspired instead of burned out.

The 15-minute reset happens in the middle of a working day. The concept comes from the founder's own routine as an entrepreneur running several businesses.

What makes it different from switching off: the skills stay limber. Focus, control and decision-making keep working, only on something that carries no consequences. The mind rests from its problems without going slack.

The backstory

“Multiball Ninja!”

Multiball Ninja started as something I would literally yell out loud while playing pinball with my small children.

As toddlers, my kids would sit on a stool between my arms, “playing pinball with DaDa”. Whenever a multiball started it was always an exciting time, and I happened to be very good at juggling six balls at once and keeping the excitement alive.

My ninja-like skills during multiballs quickly turned into all three of us yelling “Multiball Ninja!” in chorus, as loud as we could, every time one started. So loud that Moma thought real ninjas were crashing the house.

That simple idea turned into a lifestyle brand to comfort, outfit and guide our journey through the silver ball universe. We hope it brings you the same Pin Zen experience.

More About the Founder

Craft beer, music, and pinball are key ingredients in Smith's journey. He has been part of the local craft beer scene since 2009 and owns two bars, each with a public pinball parlor. He plays electric guitar, tinkers with effects pedals, holds a music patent, and founded WingManFX, a music-products business. He owns, repairs and operates over 30 pinball machines, and takes pride in keeping them maintained for the public. Before all that he managed international markets in the Middle East, where he learned that relationships are everything: people do business with people they want to do business with.

From Vision to Reality

After years of developing the Multiball Ninja concept, Smith saw an opportunity to finally bring the vision to life by joining forces with his older brother, who brings 30 years of experience in the print media and promotional products industry.

By combining that established production expertise with Smith's own background in business development, hospitality, craft beer, music, and pinball, the brothers have created a natural foundation for Multiball Ninja and Pin Pub.

What began as a personal passion project is now becoming a business built around the things Smith loves most: creativity, community, and connecting people through shared interests.

And as Smith has learned throughout his career, the best business relationships often begin with something other than business.
